Lagniappe Health acquires OPUS-ISM
On August 27, 2012, Lagniappe Health, a Calvert Street portfolio company, completed the acquisition of OPUS-ISM.
OPUS-ISM is a leading national provider of pharmacy management systems, POS software and related solutions and services to all types of pharmacies including: retail, managed and long-term care, HMO, outpatient hospital, nursing homes/facilities, specialty pharmacies and other institutions. Headquartered in Pine Brook, NJ, OPUS-ISM has been one of the premier providers of pharmacy management systems and services for more than 35 years.
