Types of Information Collected.  The types of information that may be collected will vary depending upon your individual use of this website.  The information that we may collect will likely include some personal information, such as your first and/or last name, e-mail address, phone number, mobile number, mailing address, and birth date.  In addition, we may collect demographic information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, Internet IP address and connection, information about online activity, and other data that you may provide.  We may combine demographic information with personal information such as email address, to tailor our offerings or web pages to your preferences or interests.  You may also be required to provide a Social Security or a Social Identification Number for tax purposes. CSCP may also collect information in the form of logs (i.e., files that record website activity and garner statistics about users’ web-browsing activities, such as how many users have visited the Websites, and how often, and how many "hits" a particular webpage has received).  The entries comprising such log files are generated anonymously and are not associated with any particular user, computer, or browser.  Log files are only used at CSCP to operate and improve our websites, for our internal marketing and demographic studies, and to enable us to assess overall website activity and users' web-browsing activities, preferences and habits.  We also maintain log files which contain Internet Protocol (‘IP”) addresses.  An “IP address” is a unique number that can be used to identify your computer whenever you log on to the Internet.  In general, we only use such log files to monitor traffic on our Websites, to report aggregate information and to troubleshoot technical problems , and for security reasons and to foster the safety of the website.

Use of Information Collected.  Information that we collect is used to service your accounts, send you annual reports and other communications, send you information about CSCP and its portfolio or related companies, and to send you proxy statements or other statements or information required by law.  We may disclose your information to companies that provide services on our behalf such as record keeping, processing your trades and mailing you information.  These companies are required to protect your information and use it solely for the purpose for which they receive it.

Other Uses.  We may also use your personal and demographic information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, which are intended to enable us to operate the website and service your accounts.
