The investors in Calvert Street’s private investment funds are comprised of a strong balance of institutional investors, family offices, endowments and high net worth individuals seeking attractive risk adjusted returns by investing in control positions in private companies in the lower middle market.
- Calvert Street Fund III was formed in 2005 with over $225 million of committed capital. We are actively looking for new platform company investments for Fund III.
- Calvert Street Fund II was formed in 2000 with $100 million of committed capital. Fund II has acquired 14 companies in six platform company strategies. Fund II is fully invested.
- Calvert Street Fund I was formed in 1996 with over $41 million of committed capital. This fund, which also raised significant co-investment capital, acquired 16 companies in four platform company strategies. Fund I is fully invested and fully realized.
